Terry Jamieson

Terry Jamieson, in her 75th year, went home to be with her beloved childhood sweetheart and best friend Allan on December 22, 2018 just in time for Christmas.

Terry was born and raised in Newbiggen by the Sea, England, the youngest of six daughters.

She and Al were married on April fools day and began their adventurous life together. It was a life that took them around the world before ultimately settling in Barrie Ontario Canada with what they referred to as their "league of Nations" children; Kay (Hitch), Steven, Judy (Benjamin) and Kelly-ann. Grandchildren; Nicole and Michael Marley, Emily Cram, Justin and Jordan Hitch, Erica Jamieson – Johnstone, Tanner Jamieson, Tyson and Teresa Benjamin, Richard Johnstone and great grandchildren Caden Cotes and Isla Marley.

At Terry's request cremation has taken place and she will be interred into the niche with her beloved Allan in a private ceremony in the spring.

A celebration of Terry's life will be held on what would have been her 75th birthday January 15, 2019. Friends are invited to call at her favourite restaurant, Scotty's, located at 636 Young St. in Barrie Ontario between 1:30 PM and 4 PM.  Online Condolences may be left for the family at peacefultransition.ca
