In loving memory of
Ted Garner
July 8th 1951 - July 1st 2014.
With great sadness, his family announces Ted’s passing from a heart attack at the age of 62, after living with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) for close to 15 years. Ted passed peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital with his loving wife at his side (Beth Garner née Baldwick).
To honour Ted’s wishes, an informal drop-in celebration will take place at Tangle Creek Golf and Country Club on Friday July 18th, 2014 from 4-8pm.
Children are very welcome and Ted’s favourite treats will be served … especially chocolate!
Condolences can be shared and, if desired, memorial donations can be made to ALS Canada www.als.ca through Peaceful Transition Cremation and Burial Services (www.peacefultransition.ca).
Ted, a lover of anything golf. A man with a great dry sense of humour, who was dedicated to his career, passionate about his beliefs, loyal to his friends, and protective of his family. He was an adoring husband to Beth, a proud father to daughters Lea, Heather, Cathy and Tania, and crazy about his grandchildren Lila, Violet, Sadie, Avery, Tate, Christopher and Kyle.

Posted on: Friday, July 18, 2014Beth,
Terri and I would like to extend our condolences to you and your family for your loss of Ted.
As you know Ted hired me at The Sarjeant Company almost 15 years ago and I worked with him for many years.
In that time, Ted told me many funny stories of his childhood and shared life stories with me from his older years.
He will never be forgotten and it was a pleasure to have been in his life for the short while that I was.
Love Bill & Terri Fligg
