It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of our Steve Montfort. Steve passed away unexpectedly on Sunday. He has left behind his loving wife, Whitney Young and his two adoring daughters, Jillian and Leanna. His love for his family, friends, and life in general was second to none. He will remain in our hearts now and always.
Please join us to celebrate the life of Steve Montfort.
Saturday, September 26
12 - 4 pm
Stories will begin at 12:30 pm
Ferndale Banquet Hall
24 Ferndale Industrial Drive, Barrie
To honour Steve's love of the Blue Jays, the game will be on during the celebration. Please dress casually or in your best Jays attire.
Bring your favourite photo of Steve to contribute to a memory book for Jillian and Leanna (or email to kristin_plue@hotmail.com).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a trust fund for the girls. Details will be made available at the celebration.
The celebration is adults only; no children, please. Nursing mothers and babies are welcome.

Not the outcome I was hoping for.
