Born in Lindsay, Ontario on May 31, 1940 to the late Edward C. and Audrey M. Babcock. Passed away on December 28, 2020 in Barrie, Ontario. Predeceased in death were sisters Barbara Moynes and Delores Hay and wife Roxann Allan and wife Leta Lorraine Cooper. Survived by his brothers David (Bonnie) from Ohio and children Chris (Hillary) Babcock, Jennifer (Chris) Grigor, and stepson Scott (Katherine) Cooper. Roger attended Lindsay Collegiate Institute and played in the drum and bugle corps. Roger worked in retail and the Toronto Transit Commission where he retired.
