Mills, Norman Awrey. Peacefully, with family by his side on July 4, 2014 at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie, Ontario.
Norm, in his 83rd year and a long-time resident of Innisfil, will be dearly missed by Beverley, his spouse and partner of 56 years. Loving and inspiring father of Barry Mills, Cheryl (Mark) Eveleigh, and Brian (Michelle) Mills. Proud “Pops” of Brandon, Andrew, Kevin (Jody), Justin, Kelli (Reemal), Alexandra, and Cameron, and forever endeared to great grandchildren Ella and Luke. Norm will be fondly remembered by his twin sister Grace, extended family members, and many friends.
As per Norm’s wishes, cremation has taken place and friends and family are invited to celebrate his life 2-4 pm on Sunday, July 20th at Ferndale Banquet Hall, 24 Ferndale Industrial Dr., Barrie.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Simcoe www.hospicesimcoe.ca in Norm’s memory would be appreciated by his family.
