Nancy had a long career in Toronto in Sales, ending her career as a Manager at Birk’s, she loved to entertain and spend time with her friends, family and her dogs Murphy and Nicki.

In her retirement years, she moved to Barrie, where she loved to garden; roses being her favourite.

Nancy loved all card games and spent many hours playing bridge with friends, with the occasional trip to the casino.  Most of all she loved her family and loved to bake them all their favourites.

Nancy will be deeply missed.

The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Mill Creek for their care, kindness and support.

    Dear Wendy, Chuck and Family,
Nancy was a very kind, caring and classy lady. We loved her with all our hearts. She had a very complimentary way of making people very comfortable when they were around her. She never took anything for granted and absolutely loved our visits with her! We treasured the times we spent with her and will miss her dearly. She was a very special person and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. May her light continue to shine as she soars among the Angels 👼 Thank You

My dear Nancy! I was a PSW at mill creek for over a year and she was one of my first and favourite residents. She loved watching the blue jays play and would always call me her friend. So very sorry to hear about her passing. Sending love to her family

Dear Wendy and Chuck and Family; my sincere condolences to you all!
When I met Nancy at your backyard party, I was thinking what a beautiful and regal lady! We had the privilege of staying with her when you went on vacation and had a great time together watching TV, listening to her favourite songs and made sure she had her meals. I stayed overnight to ensure her safety. We grew to know and love 💕 Nancy and often visited her at Millcreek. She told the caregivers that we were her best friends – that was so sweet! She’s gone but resides forever in our hearts 💞

We had the pleasure of meeting Nancy many years ago now. She was an amazingly vibrant lady with a beautiful smile. We travelled with Wendy Chuck and Nancy on many trips and cottage adventures over the last few years. We made many lasting memories, played a lot of cards and enjoyed a few drinks and we would not trade those memories for anything. Nancy will always have a special spot in our hearts. We will miss you and speak fondly of you often. Soar high, be free. Your job here is done. It’s time to rest.
