Marilyn Anne Payne

Payne, Marilyn Anne – Passed unexpectedly at the age of 72 on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre surrounded by her family.  Marilyn is survived by her beloved husband Ron; loving children Kathy Braun (Stan) and Rod Payne (Angela); cherished grandchildren Jordan, Alex, William, and Nathan and great-grandchild Maxwell.  She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings David Delorey (Marie), Rosina Ste. Marie (Come), Ruth Lingo, and Marlane Griffin (Larry); and was predeceased by her parents Michael Delorey and Margaret Ann Delorey (nee Watkins).

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre for making Marilyn’s last hours as comfortable as possible.

"It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone. A part of us went with you, the day God took you home. If tears could build a stairway, and heartaches make a lane, we'd walk our way to heaven and bring you back again. In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still, in our hearts you hold a place no one could ever fill".
