I am so grateful to have, had Colleen in my life. She was always kind and thoughtful… truly a beautiful person who loved her family and her friends unconditionally. She spoke of her grandchildren often and always had a special bounce in her already bouncy step when she came back from a visit with them … my sincere condolences to the family during this somber time.

thinking of you all with love

To Dave, Stephanie, Hudson and Georgia I extend my deepest condolences on the loss of Colleen. No matter our age, it is never easy to lose our parent or our grandparent.

I recall a memory of Aunt Colleen years ago at the farm. We were there for a family gathering and Uncle Harold put my then 4 year old sister, Tammy, on his shoulders, and was walking to put Tammy on a horse. Tammy started to pee down Uncle Harold’s neck and back and Aunt Colleen tried to get Tammy down but she was laughing so hard, she wasn’t as quick as she could have been. We often remind Tammy of that poor behaviour. LOL

Colleen had a wonderful sense of humour. May the love you have for each other, give you the strength to get through this trying time and may Aunt Colleen rest in eternal peace.

    Love Annette

I’m deeply saddened by the passing of Aunt Colleen. I cherish wonderful memories from childhood visits to the farm—always welcomed with her gracious smile and comforting hugs. Aunt Colleen had a gift for making everyone feel special, loved, and valued. Her laughter brought joy to every gathering. She will be dearly missed. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved her.

David and family, I am sorry to hear of Aunt Colleen’s passing. While I don’t have any personal one on one memories of Aunt Colleen I do remember her as being the SWEET to mix with Uncle Harolds SOUR at the gatherings we had at the farm (joking). I remember her as someone who was always smiling. I did reconnect with her on Facebook and she had a wonderful sense of humour. May she rest in eternal peace.

Condolences to David and family on the passing of your mother, Colleen.

On the Lees side of our family, Colleen was one of only 3 first cousins; and now Wayne, Doug and Colleen are together again in heaven.
    Rest in Peace.
