Keith Douglas Smith

Passed away peacefully at the IOOF Home in Barrie, Ontario on Thursday April, 25th in his 89th year.  Beloved husband of Helen (deceased) and loving father of Kerry (Dave) and Joe (Kate).  Dear grandfather of Meghan and McKenna. Keith was the fourth child of Lillian and Joseph Smith (deceased) and the brother of Pat (Fred deceased) Betty (Frank both deceased) Gordon (Norma both deceased) Donna (Bert both deceased) Ron (deceased) Barbara and Johanne (Bill deceased) Marg (Wayne) He will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Keith will be remembered for his sense of humor and fun-loving ways.  Keith spent his early years in Aurora ON and after his marriage to Helen moved to Barrie ON where he continue his residence.  Keith was a Korean War Veteran and was a member of Royal Canadian Legion.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be at a later date.  The family would like to thank the Kempenfelt Floor staff at the IOOF Home in Barrie for their years of care.   In memory of Keith please make donations to a charity of your choice.
