Passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024 at the age of 78 years. Daughter of the late Howard and Florence Eadie. Loving mother of Laura (Mark) Chapman, and Glen Prince. Cherished Grandma “G-ma” of Samantha, Brad, and Taytene, and great grandma “GG” of Max, Ryker, and Reign. Dear sister of Larry (Penny), Terry, Roy (the late Lynda), Brian, and the late Donna, she is also survived by her brother-in-law Steve).

Judy was known for her sass, vibrant personality, and boundless resilience. Her grandchildren always admired her cool and fearless demeanor. Life dealt her many challenges, but she faced them head-on and always managed to bounce back. Judy had a passion for bingo which continued through to her time at Victoria Village Manor. Although she wasn’t known for her culinary skills, her family will forever cherish the memory of her delicious salmon cakes.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Victoria Village Manor for their exceptional care and compassion. Knowing that Judy was surrounded by such loving hands brought great comfort to her family.

In accordance with Judy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Online condolences and shared memories are welcomed at www.peacefultransition.ca.

GG was the best. She was always so sweet and welcoming to me and my daughter. She was the coolest Grandma with such a fun soul. She will be forever missed deeply. Sending my love, hugs and condolences to Mama Chapman, Sam, Brad and the rest of the Prince family. Xoxo
