Dolores Sharon Austin (nee Goodie)

It is with great sorrow in our hearts to announce her peaceful passing on February 6^th, 2022 at the age of 72 at Grove Park Long Term Care Home.  Beloved spouse of Wayne Austin of Barrie, Ontario for 50 years, sister of Cindy Brown and Steve Brown of Sunderland, Ontario.  Predeceased by her parents Louis and Christine.

Anyone who knew Dolores knows that she had a huge heart, a warm smile and a hug for anyone she met.  We take solace in knowing that she is now with our Lord in Paradise.  She was a retired Nurse who cared for a great many people for many years.  Now she is being cared for.   We would like to thank all the staff at Grove Park for the wonderful care she was given.  Dolores considered the staff as her “other family”.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Please do not cry for me, I am home, happy and pain free.
