Diane Higenbottam

Diane Irene Higenbottam passed away at the age of 83 at Mill Creek Care Centre on April 15, 2025 with her stepdaughter in-law by her side.

Diane led a full and happy life.  She enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Diane was a member of the Eastern Star where she was so proud to become Worthy Matron and helped raise money for worthy causes in Barrie.  Diane worked at a few places, but her favourite was owning her personal real estate company, Higenbottam Realty Ltd.

Diane leaves behind her stepson, Nigel Higenbottam, and his wife, Cindy, stepdaughter in-law, Mary Ann, granddaughter Jacki, and her husband, Luke, grandson Jeff, and his wife, Amanda, granddaughter Miranda and grandson Phil along with a number of great grandchildren.

Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Higenbottam, her mother, Irene Olive Dunlop (née Peacock), her father, Abraham Dunlop, and her stepson, Steve Higenbottam.
