Corrie (Cornelia) Magdalena Webster (née Felsbourg) passed away peacefully on February 26th, 2023, at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ontario after a long battle with cancer. Corrie was surrounded by her loving family members, husband David, of 54 years, daughters Adrienne and Amanda, and grandchildren Ireland and Teagan.
Corrie was born May 27th, 1945, in the Netherlands and moved to Canada in April 1953 with her family. She is predeceased by her parents Cornelis and Lyntje Felsbourg and her sisters Lee (Magdalena) and Belinda, survived by her brothers Gerrit, Jon, Marinus and sister Dini (Dingena).
Recently, Corrie celebrated 50 years as a dedicated sorority sister with Beta Sigma Phi where she was a respected member and past 2-time chapter president. She will be remembered across Canada for her active efforts assisting and supporting various charities.
Corrie will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her family, extended family and friends and will be forever in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honour at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please choose a charity close to your heart and make a donation in Corrie’s memory.

Posted on: Friday, March 3, 2023Words cannot express the deep sadness I am feeling with Corries passing. I will never forget our road trips to conventions, shopping trips, celebrating everything and anything (most consisted of good food and wine). We had a wonderful friendship which spanned over 35 years which started with Beta Sigma Phi. You will be missed but never forgotten.
My sympathies to David and family.

Posted on: Saturday, March 4, 2023I am deeply saddened by the news of Auntie Corrie’s illness and passing. I have so many fond childhood memories of time spent with her and her family. A kind and generous person, Auntie Corrie was a stabilizing force, always welcoming friends and family into her home with equanimity.
My deepest condolences go to Uncle David, Adrienne, Amanda, Ireland and Teagan, as well as all the close friends of the family who knew and loved Auntie Corrie. She will be missed, and now is keeping her sister/my mother (Magdalena) company in Heaven.
