Clifford Joseph “Joe” Dickinson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joe Dickinson on November 15, 2023 at the Headwaters Health Care Centre at the age of 84 years.  Beloved husband of Susan “Jane” for 34 years, and of the late Colleen (1986).  Loving father of Randy (Marilyn), Michael, Cindy (Nigel), and the late Jamie; and step-father of Jennifer (Cory), and Blair (Kelly).  Joe's legacy extends to his grandchildren: Aaron, Bowden, Collin, Billy, Connor, Tim, Eric, Frances, and Lenny.  Additionally, he was a loving great-grandad of Ondine, Charleigh, and Rain.

The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to the caring staff at the Headwaters Health Care Centre, E wing, for the exceptional care provided to Joe during his time there.

Known for his great sense of humor and quick wit, Joe was a strong, kind, and caring individual.  While he may not have always verbalized his love, it was felt by all who knew him.  Joe had a deep desire to be in the know and be an active participant in life's events.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the E-wing at Headwaters Hospital, and the Alzheimer’s Society, Dufferin County in Joe's memory.  Online memories and condolences may be shared at www.peacefultransition.ca
