It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Charles M. Chadwick, P. ENG, on March 2 2025. He passed away peacefully at his home with his wife Marjorie and son Robert at his side. He was predeceased by his son Steven (2020).
Charles will be sadly missed by his sister Brenda, daughter-in-law Megan, much loved Grandchildren Evan, Piper and Riley and their family dog.
Cremation has taken place and as per Charles’ request, there will be no service. A celebration of life may be held at a later date. Words of condolence can be left for the family at www.peacefultransition.ca
If so desired, donations in Charles’ memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
Life is too short to wake up with regrets.
So, love the people who treat you right.
Forget about those who don’t.
Believe everything happens for a reason.
If you get a chance, take it.
If it changes your life, let it!
Nobody said life would be easy.
They just promised it would most likely be worth it!

Posted on: Friday, March 14, 2025My husband and I both worked with and for Charles.
At Honda, He was a good person.
I want to say that I remember he told me once as a young person struggling starting out in business making a decision that was not popular, he said to me, we want you to always make the best decision you can for the company, but it has to be what you believe in, then it will always be the best choice. I never forgot that.
He touched many lives as a manager. I respected him a lot. Sorry for your loss.

Posted on: Saturday, March 15, 2025My deepest condolences to the Chadwick family. There are certain people who’s simple memory can put a smile on your face. Charles was like that to me. It felt good knowing when he was in charge and it was a sad but well deserved day when he retired. Thank you for all you did for us. You are missed. Rest in Peace Chief.
