CHAMBERS, Bradley
Brad passed away peacefully on May 27, 2015 at Bob Rumball Home for the Deaf in Barrie, ON. He had been facing a brave battle with Multiple System Atrophy- Cerebral Type (MSA-C). He will be dearly missed by his wife Denise, his children Cassandra and Alexandra, his parents Ray and Shirley, and his brother Derek. He will always be remembered by many extended family and friends as well.
A come and go Tribute to Brad’s Life with no formal service will take place on June 20, 2015 at the Innisfil Community Church, on Innisfil Beach Road, from 11:00am – 1:00pm.
Condolences may also be left for Brad’s family at www.peacefultransition.ca.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Brad Chambers to: “Dr. Thomas Steeves, Neurological Degenerative Disease Disorders Research, in c/o St. Michaels Hospital”.
