It is with heavy hearts that the family announces Althea’s passing, peacefully at home on February 28th, 2022, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Vincent Paulin. Loving mother of Patricia (Norman), Brian (Nancy), late Don (Dorice) and late Norman (Mary). Cherished grandmother of Cheryl (Jon), Mark, Sarah (Olivier), Corey, Brett and Erin. Amazing Great Grandma (Baba) to Kieran, Vincent, Penelope, and Henry. Dear sister of Clara, Raymond, Gerry, John Elie, and predeceased by her siblings Amos, Yzella, Sylvio, Marilda, Bertha, Yvonne, Rita, and her parents Eli and Helen (nee Chiasson), Miscou Island, NB. Althea will be forever loved and remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Althea was a very happy, loving and caring woman. She touched the lives of so many people over the years with her sense of humour and her grace. She loved her family more than anything and created so many beautiful memories for all of us.
Special thanks to all of the PSW’s who provided such excellent care.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled in April, with details to follow.
