Tom was a wonderful person and a great cousin who seemed to love life and his family and friends.
Tom always called me pal, is the one thing of many things I will remember about him.
He will never be forgotten and always be remembered and loved.

Very sad to hear of the sudden passing of my oldest cousin Tom Moffitt. Tom was a good guy – always up for a good time at family gatherings. He had that cool factor with his love of motorcycles.

I remember Tom joining my Dad (uncle Al to Tom) and I on a trip to Rich Stadium to see the Bills play back in the 80s. He had never met my Dad’s coworkers, who were with us, but he quickly fit right in, laughing and joking with the group. A good memory.

He and his wife Robbie once came down to Grimsby and stayed the weekend. I remember it was the weekend that Pink Floyd played in Hamilton in 1975.

Tom was a good guy to talk to – about football, hockey and of course motorcycles. He will be missed.

Deepest condolences to his wife Robbie, daughter Lyndsy and son Jordan – as well as brothers and sisters Patsy, Chris, Barry, Brian and Mary Jo. Wishing you strength to get through this difficult time.

Tom left this earth way to soon, as your uncle and aunt, we will miss your shy comments and conversations every time we met at a family function. We all ways loved to get your opinions on things, especially sports. Tom you were way to young to leave us , but whatever time we have had together we will never forget you, God Bless you on your journey and we pray for Robbie, Lyndsy and Jordan to carry on without you.

Dear Robbie, Lyndsy, Ruth, Jordan, Lucie & Family

Brad & I are completely devastated by the loss of our Tommy.

Our hearts are heavy with sorrow as we think of Tommy, best of friends, the heart and soul of every gathering and truly one of a kind. From those spontaneous garage parties to the drive-by beeps from his motorcycle or SUV to the laughter and music that filled the air – every moment with Tommy was a treasure. He had that unmistakable sparkle in his eyes and a smile that lit up any room. Tommy is the definition of “Cool” – Our own Aurora Fonzie!

The fun adventures. Stories and the jokes we shared will forever be etched in our hearts. We’ll never forget “The one about the Phone Booth!” We always laugh when we think or talk about that one!!

Robbie, please know that we are here for you, now and always. Whatever you need we are just a call away. Our hearts are broken with yours as we also celebrate the joy Tommy brought to our lives. His memory will live on and we will forever cherish it

My deepest condolences to Tom’s family. Tom was well known in Aurora I’d say a big part of Aurora history. Such sad news to read I was shocked. Deeply saddened Tom was a great guy and loved his family to the fullest. He will be missed beyond words. 💝

So very sorry to hear of Tom’s sudden passing. Our sincere condolences to his family and extended family and friends. He was always very kind, fun and friendly and always took great care of the Regency Acres students – including our two daughters – who would cross his post during his time as a community crossing guard. He loved his Buffalo Bills and his family and would often share stories of both to those around him. We always enjoyed giving him a wave or a honk when we saw him in the ‘hood as he would do to us. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Tom I wanted to share that I was a school bus driver when he was a crossing guard on Murray drive. Every morning and afternoon when I drove by he always had a kind wave and smile. I am sorry for your loss.
