Perry passed away peacefully at the age of 61 with family by his side on the night of Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Mill Creek Care Centre in Barrie, Ontario.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather

Perry is predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Katie Coffin, as well as his brother, Donnie.

He leaves behind his cherished wife, Debbie, his two sons, Shane and Michael, his daughter KatiJo, his sisters Pansy, Linda, Sandra, Beverly and Marilyn, his brother Jim, his two half sisters Doreen and Marie, his grandsons Austin and Joshua, as well as his granddaughter Essence.

Perry was loved by everyone who met him, he was an easy-going, fun-loving spirit with a heart of gold.  If he wasn’t spending time with his loved ones, you would find him cheering for his favourite hockey team, The Toronto Maple Leafs with his Labatt Blues, or leisurely casting his lure to snag his next big catch, he was quite the avid Angler.

He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten, as his memories will live on in those who knew him.

A Celebration of his Life will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the Innisfil Legion (1017 Robinson St, Belle Ewart, ON) between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Service and inurnment will take place on a later date in Newfoundland.

My sincerest condolences to the Coffins and their extended families and to Perry’s partner, children and grandchildren. I have fun memories of Perry growing up next door on Newtown Road. He always had a smile and a cheerful word. Rest in peace Perry.

Sincere condolences out to Perry’s family. I have many fond memories of growing up next door to the Coffins and Perry was always a happy guy. You had to watch out for his rock throwing though! LOL
