Stefan “Steve” Marinoiu

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stefan “Steve” Marinoiu, a beloved Father, Husband, Brother, Son, and Friend. Steve was born in Caransebes, Romania, and later made Canada his home.

A true Jack of All Trades, Steve was a man of many talents and passions. He had a remarkable ability to fix anything and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Steve’s greatest joy came from playing the guitar and singing, bringing happiness to those around him with his music. His infectious laughter and boundless energy could light up any room.

Steve had a unique gift for making people laugh, and his sense of humor and kind spirit touched the lives of many.

Life was not always easy for Steve; he faced many ups and downs, and his journey was far from perfect. Yet, through every challenge, Steve showed incredible strength, resilience, and an unwavering spirit. His struggles made him human, and his triumphs were a testament to his enduring will to live fully and love deeply.

Steve’s legacy lives on through his wife Bernadette, his children Lia, Simon, and Paul, his brother, Dan, his sister, Carmen, and the countless friends and family who were blessed to know him. Though he will be deeply missed, his spirit will remain in our hearts forever.

Rest in Peace, Steve. Your love, laughter, and music will echo in our hearts always.

Friends and Family are invited to visit with Steve’s friends and family on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 11:00 am. to 1:00 p.m. at Peaceful Transition York (2- 15236 Yonge Street, Aurora, ON.) Parking is available behind the building, West of Wellington Street W., off Temperance Street.
