David passed away peacefully at home in Barrie, ON. Beloved husband of Dianna Lynne Wormsley (nee Applegate). Dear father of Davy and Dana and proud grandfather of Trinity Wormsley. Brother of Catherine, Bob, Marlene, Wesley, Norma, Martha, Caroline, Betty, Dale and Audrey.

He was born in Temiscaming Quebec in 1953 and he lived in the house Riordon Avenue until he moved to Barrie, Ontario later in life. I’m so sorry to be reading this. I delivered his prescriptions for a few years before we moved from town. He was a pleasure to know and always smiling and stories to tell. Thinking of you all.
