Uncle Bill was an excellent uncle who loved his kids and all his nieces and nephews very much. Including his grand nephews who also adored him and his boisterous personality! Uncle Bill always had a story to tell. In case you don’t know Bill was an excellent cook and you could feel love through food at many family celebrations. If you asked he would give you step by step instructions of how he brined the turkey, made the dressing and which stores he got the best deals on for all the ingredients. We will miss Uncle Bill very much! <3

    Love Alyssa (Garrett, Elliot)

Uncle Bill was such a strong, big hearted man. He always had a story to go along with one of his many scars, and i always enjoyed hearing how they came to be! He loved all of his family and friends and always offered truthful, and honest advice. Ill always remember him greeting me with “what do you know joe?!” Haha, And to this day, whenever i hear that phrase im reminded of him, and it puts a smile on my face. He will be missed! Our condolences to all of the McWhirters xo. Cheers, to you uncle Bill.

My brother in law Bill lived mostly for his kids, and was happy knowing they are all doing well and happy in their adult lives. He was thrilled to meet his first grandson Donvan, just after Christmas this year.
He had been retired from the Post Office for 10 years. It was the reason he and Pam met, as we were all on a ski trip together around 1980, and I started up a conversation with them, as I was also a Postie. It was a hard job and we were glad to leave, but it gave us both a good wage and a decent pension in the end, which we can share with our spouses. RIP Bill.

Eduardo and I will miss my Brother-in-Law Bill very much. I remember Bill as a young man, very handsome, funny and charming. He loved my children Jason, Alyssa and Jocelyn very much and was always very helpful and a good friend to them. We have shared many happy family gatherings with Bill and Pam, and then Kaitlin, Lucas and Jesse. Fortunately Ed captured many of these early times when everyone was younger on videos which we all enjoy watching! We are very sad he has passed but now he is at peace! Our condolences to my sister Pam and her family. Love to you all, Sandra and Eduardo
