We extend our deepest condolences to the family of the late Columbus Barry.  I cannot find the words to tell you all how sorry I am to hear of Columbus’s passing.   We went to school together on Jerseyside.  He would always stop by for a visit every time he came back to Newfoundland.  There is not words that can take away the pain I know you all must be going through right now but cherish the many amazing memories & it will get you through this difficult time.  I will miss his visits & cherish all the memories I have of him.  R.I.P. my friend.

To all The Barry Family..It is with heavy heart that we send our deepest condolences at the loss of your loved and our dearest friend..We always looked forward to Lums visits home ,the trouting trips, the dances at the Star,or just sitting and chatting with him at the Stage ,but where ever we spent time with him we were sure to be laughing until our guts hurt. One thing we do know is that he loved his Mom so much and we are sure she must be so happy to have her baby with her..We will be forever thankful for the memories that Columbus Barry has left us …

We would like to express our sorrow and love to the Barry Family. Lum was a character at each family gathering…always the jokester and welcomed all as he visited with each guest. He had a way of making you feel that you were the important one when it was your turn for THE LUM CHAT.
We will miss his smile BUT when thinking of Lum he will always bring a smile to our faces when we think of some of his antics.

We were so fortunate Tony and I to have some moments with him alone when we last saw him in June. Kevin and Brian you both had one heck of a cool Dad.  xoxo
