Pauline Grace Whiteley Fleming - September 25, 1924
Pauline passed away peacefully on March 1, 2015. Pauline was born in Macclesfield, England where she lived with her parents and 5 sisters, whom she adored. Pauline later enlisted in the Royal Observer Corps (ROC). During Pauline's time in the ROC, she met the love of her life, John Fleming. Pauline and John were married on December 8, 1945 and had two fine sons. They later settled in Innisfil. Pauline was a accomplished dancer and loved spending time at various dancing engagements with John and friends. They were often seen taking long walks or bike riding through the community. Pauline had a passion for exercise and fitness and enjoyed a healthy lifestyle.
Pauline was an active member of the YMCA in Barrie where she enjoyed swimming, and various exercise classes. Pauline is survived by her sons Bryan and Clive (Mark), four grandchildren; Carrie, Monique, Megan and Kaitlyn, great- grandchild Madalyn, and her dear friend Helen Lever. Pauline was a wonderful wife, mother grandmother and friend, her kind nature and constant smile will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Lakeside retirement in Innisfil, 985 Innisfil beach rd. on Saturday March 28th at 2:30pm
